What's inside
The whole map, tab by tab
Two sides to the app: the shop and the phone. One pill in the header flips between them, and every tablet remembers which side it lives on. Most owners start with two tabs and find the rest on a slow Tuesday. Here's everything, so nothing is a surprise.
The shop side
Tap any one open. Everything listed here is in the app today unless it says otherwise. A piece your plan doesn't include shows up greyed with "check this out," so you can see what's there.

- Right now strip: cooler temps, the 86 board, who's clocked in, tonight's wait
- Prep progress: done and not done, by station
- Orders now: what's on the kitchen screen, from your couch

- No longer here: flag someone out and they drop off every list, records intact
KDSThe kitchen screen and the counter+

- The summary line: "4 XL · 6 L · 3 Med · 4 Det" across the top
- Tap when it goes in: off every screen in the building
- Tonight's wait: a plus and a minus; the phone and the order page quote it
- The counter: slices and quick orders, one tap each, sent to the register
- The slice case: every pie by age, auto toss on restock, pies that order themselves
- Time and temperature log: printed for the inspector
- Third party orders: DoorDash, Uber Eats and Grubhub on the same screen (being finished)

- Station assignment: opening, closing, dough, fry, front
- Shift handoff: what still needs doing and what ran low, left for the crew coming in

ReferenceAsk the Manager, recipes, guides+
- Ask the Manager: "what did we pay for feta last month," "who's on Saturday"
- It can actually change things: add the recipe, add the task, put it on the need list
- Talk, don't type: a ramble comes back as a written recipe or station guide
- Guides: talk one out, print it as a poster for above the station
- Recipes and dough weights: the same answer every time

- Knows who's asking: the crew tablet never sees prices, payroll or your notes

- Register: the Clover connection, with a test button
- What this shop uses: every piece on or off; a piece not in your plan is greyed with "check this out"
- Download everything: your data, all of it, whenever you want
The phone side
These four show up for shops with the phone. It reads the shop side, so it already knows tonight's wait and what's 86'd.
CallsEvery call, and what it turned into+
- Recording and transcript on every call, tap any row and listen
- The order it took, and whether the register already has it
- Picked up, out the door, or no order, at a glance down the list
- Report a call that went wrong: one tap sends us the transcript and what it did, so it gets fixed for everybody
- Call somebody back with one tap, on any tablet or phone that can make calls
NowTonight's wait, the pause, today's hours+
- Tonight's wait: a plus and a minus, and the phone quotes the new number on the next call
- What the kitchen screen suggests, sitting next to what you set
- Pause: for an hour, the night, or until you say. Questions only, or off entirely
- Today's hours: closing early or opening late, tell the phone once
NumbersCalls and orders by day, and the busy hours+
- Calls and orders by day, and how many of the calls became orders
- Busy hours: the hours the phone rings most
- This month's bill so far, so there's never a surprise
SetupWhat it says, how it sounds, what it knows+
- Greetings for open, for closed, and for a night with different hours. Write your own
- Voice and pace, with a little room noise behind it if you want it
- English, and Spanish as an add on at $49 a month
- Pro tips: the things you'd tell a new person on their first Friday. Onions don't come on an Italian grinder, so never write "no onions."
- Questions callers ask, answered in your words
- The menu and the register: read it again after a change, Register cleanup, push to the phone
- Pretend calls: a drill of twenty five calls against your menu, every one graded
- Blocked callers, transfers, and what happens after close
And the order page
This one is a link your customers open, outside the app. It reads the same menu, the same wait and the same 86 board as everything above.
Your menu with photos, most ordered first, a search box, sticky categories, half and half on every topping.
Checkout in two typed fields, name and mobile. Pay at pickup or by card. Tips 10, 15, 20 or none. Apple Pay and Google Pay when you turn them on.
Order now or for later, with the kitchen's blocks. Sign up by text. Your usual at the top next time.
The tracker: received, in the oven, ready, picked up, with the kitchen's real times.
